Do I need a referral to be seen?

No. You can call either office and schedule directly. Most of our patients come to us without a referral from their general dentist.

Is the first visit really free?

Yes. Your complimentary consultation includes an exam with Dr. Smith, any records we need, and a walk-through of your options, timeline, and cost. There is no obligation to start treatment.

What age should my child first be seen?

The American Association of Orthodontists recommends a first check around age 7, early enough to catch issues while the jaw is still growing, even if treatment is years away. We treat kids, teens, and adults.

Braces or clear aligners: how do I choose?

Both work. The right answer depends on your bite, your schedule, and how you want to look during treatment. Dr. Smith builds your plan from scratch and will tell you honestly when one option is the better fit.

Do you take insurance, and do you offer payment plans?

We accept most major plans and will file on your behalf. We also offer customized in-house payment options so treatment fits your monthly budget.

Which office should I visit?

Whichever is closer. Nashville sees patients Monday and Wednesday, and Dickson is open Tuesday and Thursday. Your records follow you, so you can switch between offices as your schedule changes.
